Job Description: Order-to-Cash (O2C) Analyst – Fresher /NCG
Team Overview
The Order-to-Cash (O2C) team supports global customers and business operations across multiple regions and industries, managing the end-to-end customer revenue lifecycle through key activities such as billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation. As an Order-to-Cash Analyst at Hitachi Vantara,



you will play an key role in supporting these core financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in finance processes, ERP systems, digital tools, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent graduates to build a strong foundation in financial operations, develop practical business knowledge, and contribute to efficient cash flow management, operational excellence, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
*Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
* Support the timely and accurate application of cash receipts to customer accounts.
* Participate in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other finance teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
* Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and reconciliations.
