About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce / ADP Workforce Reporting Analyst with solid hands-on experience in HCM reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, data analysis, and workforce management reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, or similar HCM / Workforce Management platforms and be comfortable translating business requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions.

This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, technical teams, client stakeholders, and leadership to deliver reporting and analytics solutions from requirements through implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Dayforce / ADP Workforce reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.
- Gather reporting requirements from business and technical stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Work with HCM data across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management.




- Develop complex reports and reporting solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Troubleshoot reporting, calculation, data, and integration issues.
- Deliver reporting projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, development, testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reusable datasets using HCM and workforce data.
- Perform data modeling and transformations for reporting and analytics.
- Write SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and reconcile data.
- Use advanced Excel for analysis, reconciliation, and large-dataset validation.
- Document reporting logic, calculations, data sources, and business definitions.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, IT, BI, and client-facing teams.
- Manage multiple reporting workstreams independently while meeting
