Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - IBMS (CFS) to lead the execution and delivery of Integrated Building Management System projects with a primary focus on CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS),



Video Management Systems, and other Electronic Security Solutions. The role requires solid expertise in project execution, project management, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and commercial management to ensure successful project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and CFS projects from project kickoff to final handover.
Lead implementation of CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, Command Center, Intrusion Detection, and integrated security solutions.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and contractual commitments.
Manage installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and handover activities.
