Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amritsar. The Sales Manager will oversee retail loan sales operations, lead and support a team of sales professionals, and drive business growth in alignment with BOI Services Limited’s objectives and standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and local stakeholders, coordinating closely with Bank of India branches, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, forecast future business opportunities, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
