We specialize in driving revenue through Weddings, Social Events, Corporate Offsites, MICE, Group Stays, and Leisure Sales. Our team works directly with resorts to generate business, manage sales pipelines, and create memorable guest experiences.

Role Overview
We are looking for a agile and target-driven Wedding & Social Sales Executive to generate and convert wedding, pre-wedding, engagement, birthday, anniversary, family gathering, and destination event business for our partner resorts.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality sales, confident in client interactions, and capable of converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a field-based, on-site role requiring regular travel between Mumbai, Karjat, Lonavala, and Khopoli for client meetings, site inspections, exhibitions, and resort visits.

Key Responsibilities




• Generate wedding and social event enquiries through networking, references, planners, vendors, and direct outreach.
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct resort site inspections and venue presentations for prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event packages.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event management companies, decorators, photographers, and corporate contacts.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and booking reports.
• Coordinate with resort operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
• Represent NSD Hospitality and partner resorts at exhibitions, wedding shows, networking events, and sales promotions.
