Position: Machinist
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC/Production machines safely and efficiently as per SOPs and work instructions.
Load and unload components, perform machine setup, and monitor machining operations.
Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings and process specifications.
Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, breakdowns, and quality issues to the Shift Supervisor.
Follow 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and all EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines.
Maintain production records and ensure proper housekeeping at the workplace.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
Required Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
6-8 years of Experience in CNC/Production Machine Operations.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and quality standards.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
