Role Description
We're looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable services using Golang. You'll be responsible for designing APIs, implementing business logic, and building reliable backend systems that support real production use cases.

This is a backend-first role — frontend experience is a bonus, not a requirement.



You will work directly with engineers, product managers, and designers to build and ship features that reach real users from day one. If you thrive in a results-oriented, ownership-driven environment and want to grow your technical depth, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain backend services using Golang or Nest
Design and develop scalable REST APIs
Implement authentication, authorization, and core business logic
Work with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)
Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability
Debug, test, and enhance backend systems
Collaborate with frontend teams for API integrations
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Enterprise Deployment and hardening focus
