Role Description The Weekend Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



supporting customer-facing operations during weekends. This role includes welcoming and assisting customers, explaining product features and ingredient integrity, and guiding them toward suitable pantry solutions. The Weekend Sales Associate will handle point-of-sale activities, process transactions accurately, manage basic stock checks, and ensure that displays and sampling stations are well-organised and visually appealing. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, answering product and usage questions, maintaining hygiene standards in the retail area, and supporting small promotional or tasting events as needed.
Qualifications

Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products.
