BIBA Electronics is looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented Field Application Engineer (FAE) with a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering and hands-on knowledge of embedded firmware and hardware.
The selected candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, product development teams and suppliers to understand application requirements and develop the right TFT Display, Touch Panel and Embedded Display Solutions.
This is a specialist role with an opportunity to build deep expertise in TFT LCDs, CTP/RTP touch panels, display interfaces, display controllers, embedded firmware, UART/RS232/RS485, SPI, I²C, RGB, MIPI and HDMI-based display solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Application Engineering
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TFT display, touch panel and embedded display solutions based on application, workplace, size, resolution, brightness, interface and cost requirements.
Work directly with customers' hardware and firmware teams during product development, sample evaluation, integration and troubleshooting.




Support customers in selecting the right display, touch technology, controller and interface for their application.
Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations and application presentations at customer locations and remotely.
Prepare technical proposals, application notes, product comparisons and solution recommendations.
Firmware & Embedded Development
Work with embedded platforms and microcontrollers/processors to integrate TFT displays and touch panels.
Understand and troubleshoot communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, RS232, RS485, CAN and USB.
Develop, modify or debug firmware required for display and touch-panel integration.
Understand display initialization sequences, timing parameters, controller IC configuration and communication protocols.
Work with customers to debug display-related firmware and hardware issues.
