About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Data Engineers to join a rapid-paced healthcare technology environment and support the implementation of data-driven solutions for global healthcare customers. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, supporting analytics initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.
Build, optimize, and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for analytics and downstream applications.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and implementation needs.
Perform data ingestion, transformation, validation, and deployment activities.
Configure and execute analytical measures and reporting solutions.
Customize, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards based on business requirements.
Conduct ad hoc data analysis and support customer delivery initiatives.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams to ensure timely project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL.
Experience working with ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Experience handling large datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Python programming experience.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy datasets and workflows.
Exposure to AI/Automation-driven data solutions.
Domain Experience
Prior experience in US Healthca
