About the Role
This isn't a "schedule posts and sit in on meetings" internship. We're hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern who will own FraX's social media presence end-to-end - from brainstorming viral content to closing influencer deals. You'll be the creative engine behind our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
If you understand what makes a Reel go viral, can negotiate a creator deal in the DMs, and use AI tools to move 10x faster - this role was made for you.
What You'll Own

• Research and identify creators aligned with FraX's audience - finance, real estate, investing, and personal growth
• Craft outreach pitches,
negotiate terms, and close collaborations independently
• Manage creator relationships from brief to go-live, tracking deliverables and performance

• Create scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts, and carousels that simplify real estate investing for a new audience
• Maintain a content calendar and deliver consistent, on-brand output

• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and algorithm shifts - adapt fast
