Role Description This full-time Marketing Executive role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support GrowIT’s AI-first solutions and services. The Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify target segments to inform strategic marketing and sales efforts. Daily activities include developing marketing plans and campaigns, creating sales and marketing collateral,



coordinating digital and outbound marketing activities, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance brand visibility and support revenue growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
