The Role

The Theatre Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing excellence, digital capability and commercial performance across the UK theatre portfolio. Working closely with venue teams, senior operational leaders, promoters and producers, the role ensures a consistent and effective approach to marketing that maximises ticket sales,



audience growth, on-site revenue and the successful delivery of new products and investments. The role also acts as a centre of expertise for theatre marketing, developing best practice, strengthening stakeholder relationships and supporting the performance of venues across the network.

The Responsibilities

Lead marketing best practice across the theatre portfolio, establishing consistent standards, tools and processes, while coaching and supporting venue marketing teams to improve capability and performance.
Drive digital marketing excellence, enhancing the use of social media, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM, websites and reporting frameworks to improve audience engagement, campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Optimise ticket sales performance, monitoring sales and marketing data, identifying underperforming shows, developing targeted sales-driving activity and aligning closely with ticket
