Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding,



performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, organizing training and development initiatives, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and addressing workplace concerns with fairness and confidentiality. The role also involves contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment that supports MeritGuide’s mission of delivering high-quality services to learners and partners.
