We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant with solid functional and technical expertise in Salesforce, along with hands-on experience in Agentforce, on a part-time basis. This can be a long term position for the right candidate.

Job Requirements:
6-10 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
Strong functional as well as technical knowledge of Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce solutions
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations and custom development
Design, configure and implement Agentforce agents for sales, service, operational and other business use cases
Experience with Agent Builder, topics, instructions, actions, guardrails and escalation workflows
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow
Experience with Salesforce objects, relationships, validation rules, approval processes,



reports and dashboards
Strong understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and security architecture
Ability to determine when to use standard Salesforce functionality, Flow/automation, Agentforce or custom development
Integrate Salesforce and Agentforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks and middleware
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and Generative AI capabilities is highly preferred
Experience grounding Agentforce agents using Salesforce CRM data, Knowledge, Data Cloud and external data sources
Design and implement custom Agentforce actions using Flow, Apex, APIs and external services
Experience with Salesforce data migration, integration, synchronization and data quality management
Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions from both functional and technical perspectives
