The Prospect
We're hiring a Senior Client Onboarding, Project & Materials Manager to own client onboarding, manage active manufacturing programs, and maintain critical back-end operations including specification management, vendor qualification, and SAP master data.
You'll be the connective thread between commercial, quality, supply chain, and client teams, working remotely from India on U. S. business hours using Microsoft Project and the full M365 toolset provided by Hubot.

What You'll Own
Client Onboarding
Primary client contact from contract execution through first production run
Lead onboarding calls, capability presentations, and documentation delivery including quality agreements, SOPs, and technical specifications
Build and maintain milestone schedules and status reports in Microsoft Project, Share Point, and Teams
Ensure clean handoff from business development into active project management
