Role Description The Performance Marketer will lead data-driven growth initiatives across digital channels to attract, engage, and convert INTIMAX WELLNESS’s target audience. This full-time remote role involves planning, executing,



and optimizing paid campaigns (e.g., search, social, display), managing budgets, and monitoring performance metrics to maximize ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing acquisition strategies, conducting A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and collaborating with content, brand, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with the company’s discreet, high-standard positioning. The Performance Marketer will analyze funnel performance, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, ensuring compliance with platform policies and sensitivity to the intimate nature of the services offered.
Qualifications
Solid performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
