Role Description The Interim CTO role at mmverse is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Interim CTO will oversee end-to-end technology strategy and execution, guiding software development teams, defining architecture standards, and ensuring that products are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical planning,



reviewing and refining product roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional project delivery, and mentoring engineering leaders and individual contributors. The role involves aligning IT strategy with business objectives, setting and tracking technical KPIs, managing technology budgets and vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools. The Interim CTO will collaborate closely with the founding team and product leadership to translate business priorities into actionable technical initiatives and measurable outcomes.
