CityLaila Global Travel is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and grow our paid marketing, social media performance, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
This is not a role for someone who only knows how to boost posts or create basic campaigns.
We need someone who understands performance, data, conversion, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Display,



and remarketing campaigns.
✅ Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation, conversions, offers, packages, attractions, and travel products.
✅ Monitor:
Cost Per Lead
Cost Per Booking
ROAS
Conversion Rate
CTR
CPC
Lead Quality
Revenue Generated
✅ Coordinate with the sales team to understand which campaigns are generating real bookings—not just cheap leads.
✅ Track the full funnel:
Ad → Lead → Qualified Lead → Quotation → Booking → Revenue
✅ Create audience strategies including:
Custom audiences
Lookalike audiences
Retargeting
Website visitors
WhatsApp leads
Previous customers
✅ Work with the creative team to test:
Videos
Reels
Static Ads
UGC-style creatives
Offers
Hooks
Headlines
CTAs
✅ Monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
✅ Identify tracking gaps and coordinate with developers when required.
