Job purpose

This role is responsible for supporting and evangelising global HR initiatives within the region while working with the US/UK global team to ensure consistency and cohesion. Reporting to the SVP ofGlobal Human Resources, this role collaborates heavily with the central UK HR team, and maintains a strong commercial awareness in a fast paced environment.



You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the global HR programs and processes while providing the needed guidance, training and support to the individual teams in your region, fostering a high performance culture that supports the Company’s goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Partner to Regional Management
● Build strong relationships with India people managers, both in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad and possibly a future office in Mumbai, hold regular check-ins to provide support and guidance onpeople-related issues. Advise on appropriate solutions, ensuring a consistent approach of
policies and practices, while also supporting the successful integration of recent hires.
● Act as trainer and support for Managers on performance management best practices. Provide
coaching and guidance for Introductory reviews, Semi Annual Performance Evaluations and
other processes required by the Company, evangelising the global Matrix and Framework to
ensure fairness
