We are looking for a Safety Officer who can take ownership of site safety, strengthen safety practices across contractors and work crews, and ensure that safety remains a priority at every stage of construction.

Life at Onecrest Infra

You’ll be an active presence on our Ludhiana hospital project, working closely with the project, engineering, contractor, and site teams.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the responsibility and authority to identify risks, prevent unsafe practices, drive compliance, and build a solid safety culture across the project site.

What Your Ideal Day Would Look Like

Conduct daily site safety inspections, identifying unsafe conditions and practices before they become incidents.




Implement and monitor the Site Safety Plan, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response procedures.
Run toolbox talks, safety briefings, induction programs, and refresher training for workers and contractor teams.
Verify PPE and safety protocols are in place before and during work — especially for high-risk activities like work at height, scaffolding, lifting and crane operations, electrical work, excavation, and MEP.
Confirm safety measures are in place before high-risk work begins, and ensure identified hazards are closed out promptly.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend preventive action
Maintain records for inspections, training, incidents, near-misses, permits, PPE, and corrective actions
Monitor compliance with BOCW, labour, fire, electrical, and occupational safety requirements; support statutory inspections, audits, and governm
