Role Description

The Social Media Manager role at DigiRich is a full-time, on-site position based in South Mumbai. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and respond to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner.



Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, collaborating with design and content teams, and aligning social activities with broader marketing objectives. The role also requires staying up to date with platform trends, identifying current opportunities for growth, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
