Job Description

The Senior Executive - Mould Shop will be a key figure, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency and quality of our injection moulding operations. Your leadership will ensure a productive and protected work environment, contributing to our overall excellence. Responsibilities

Manage and direct the Mould Shop's daily operations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Optimize injection moulding processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Program and troubleshoot robots, ensuring their reliability and performance.
Implement Industry 4.0 technologies and AI vision systems for process automation and quality control.
Plan and schedule production, allocating resources to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance on moulds and machines, ensuring their longevity and optimal performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate moulding processes into the production flow.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or a related field, with CIPET qualification preferred.
3-10 years of experience in injection moulding, with a proven record of process optimization and quality management.
Proficiency in handling Arburg, Engel, Fanuc, and Shibaura machines is essential.
Expertise in robot programming and troubleshooting is a key requirement.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 systems and AI vision technology is highly advantageous.
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team towards shared goals.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and mentoring.
Familiarity with IMD processes is preferred, along with adaptability to new technologies.
