About the Opportunity
This chance is for experienced Bengali Translators and Language Experts with native or near-native Bengali proficiency, strong English communication skills, and expertise in translation, linguistics, language evaluation, and cultural communication to contribute to advanced language and AI training projects.
In this role, you'll apply your linguistic expertise to evaluate Bengali translations, written content, audio recordings, pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and linguistic authenticity. Your work will help improve the translation quality, language understanding, speech generation, and communication capabilities of next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. Your Bengali language expertise, translation skills, cultural knowledge, and attention to linguistic detail are the primary qualifications for success in this role.
Responsibilities




Translate and review content between Bengali and English while preserving meaning, context, tone, and intent.
Evaluate AI-generated Bengali translations, written content, and language outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, and cultural appropriateness.
Assess Bengali audio recordings and spoken language for pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
Identify translation errors, grammatical issues, unnatural phrasing, pronunciation problems, and linguistic inconsistencies.
Apply knowledge of Bengali cultural context, language conventions, regional variations, and commonly used expressions when evaluating content.
Provide clear, structured written feedback and evaluation justifications in English.
Review and improve AI-generated multilingual content and translations.
Contribute linguistic insights to improve AI language understanding, Bengali-language generation, and translation quality.
