About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns targeting the USA market. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from keyword strategy and ad copy to landing page optimization and reporting — and will be expected to use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display) for the USA market.
Conduct keyword research and build/refine keyword strategy to maximize relevance and ROI.
Write and test ad copies aligned with campaign goals and audience intent.
Collaborate with design/web teams to optimize landing pages for conversion.
Monitor budgets, bids,



and Quality Score to improve CPA/ROAS.
Use AI tools (e.g., for ad copy generation, keyword clustering, campaign insights) to improve speed and output quality.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and related analytics tools.
A/B test ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve results.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Solid understanding of Google Ads account structure, campaign types, and bidding strategies.
Working knowledge of keyword research tools and techniques.
Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
Comfort using AI tools to support campaign planning, copywriting, or analysis.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
Prior exposure to running campaign
