About Social Lift

Social Lift is BossWallah's managed social media growth program. Most brands know their YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and website presence is valuable — but lack the in-house resources, skills or time to build and grow it consistently. Social Lift steps in to plan, produce and manage content across all five platforms, turning an underused digital presence into a real growth channel.

Role Overview

We're looking for a BD Manager to drive current business for Social Lift across India. This is a hunting role — finding brands that are underinvested in social media, opening conversations via outreach, and converting them into signed, retained clients.



You will own the deal from first email to signed contract, then work closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handover and long-term account health.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect brands and businesses that need help managing and growing their social media presence — across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and website.
Run structured email outreach and lead-generation campaigns to reach marketing and founder-level decision-makers.
Pitch Social Lift as the solution for brands that see the value of social media but lack the resources or skills to execute it themselves.
Present and customize Social Lift packages (starting from ₹1.5–2 lakh) to match a prospect's size, goals and budget.
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Work closely with the delivery/content team to ensure a smooth onboarding handover for every closed deal.
