We are looking for an Associate – IT Strategy & TMO who brings strong strategy and consulting expertise to drive technology transformation and strengthen IT operating practices.
This is a strategy-focused role, not a coordination role. The ideal candidate will bring consulting rigor, structured problem-solving, and industry best practices to IT strategy initiatives. You will work across transformation programs, operating models, portfolio governance, and executive reporting to help leadership make informed, strategic decisions.
The role requires someone who can analyze, structure, challenge, and deliver—rather than simply track activities and report status.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Transformation
Drive transformation program tracking with a strong focus on business outcomes, value realization, and strategic objectives, beyond traditional milestone tracking.
Conduct current-state assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
Consolidate inputs across multiple workstreams and translate them into transparent, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges before they become escalations.
Develop and maintain transformation frameworks, playbooks, and reusable methodologies based on industry best practices.
IT Operating Model
Support the evolution of the IT operating model in line with changing business and technology strategies.
Develop and maintain living operating-model documentation that accurately reflects how IT functions operate in practice.
Benchmark operating model components against industry standards, leading organizations, and peer companies.
