Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Plan and deploy machinery as per project requirements.
ï‚· Ensure equipment availability, utilization, and timely maintenance.
ï‚· Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
ï‚· Monitor equipment downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
ï‚· Coordinate equipment hiring, vendors, OEMs, and service providers.
ï‚· Maintain equipment records, statutory documents, and inspection schedules.
ï‚· Ensure protected operation and compliance with statutory requirements.
ï‚· Support equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
ï‚· Lead plant & machinery teams and drive cost and productivity improvements.
Qualification & Skills
 Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering
ï‚· Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
ï‚· Real Estate experience is mandatory
