We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Process at our Noida location. Both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills can apply.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
Maintain customer records and update relevant details.
Build and manage positive customer relationships.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Graduate candidates preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month
Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and interview performance.
