Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle in this full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with onboarding and induction programs.



The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives, support training and development activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with organizational objectives.
Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and fostering a respectful work environment.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding practices, and basic performance management frameworks.
Understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR
