Indian Humanity Foundation is looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Marketing Leader to manage the organization's digital presence, marketing campaigns, team activities, and overall execution of assigned marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media and digital platforms. Manage platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, reels, creatives, blogs and promotional activities.
Manage and guide the digital marketing, content and creative team. Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Oversee all tasks assigned to the marketing team and maintain quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, interns and other team members.
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation and awareness campaigns.
Monitor SEO, website traffic, social media growth and campaign performance.
Plan promotions for Foundation initiatives, events, fundraising activities and awareness campaigns.




Coordinate influencer, community and partnership-based digital promotions.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results. Ensure deadlines, campaign objectives and management requirements are properly followed.
Skills & Qualifications Relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or Marketing Management.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing and social media platforms. Strong team management, leadership and task delegation skills.
Ability to supervise multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Valuable communication, coordination and reporting skills. Ability to take ownership of tasks from planning to execution and final review. Experience with NGOs, foundations, CSR initiatives, events or social campaigns will be an advantage.
