National Film Development Corporation of India, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is the central agency established to encourage the good cinema movement in the country. The primary goal of the NFDC is to plan, promote and organize an integrated and effective development of the Indian film industry and foster excellence in cinema. Over the years NFDC has provided a wide range of services essential to the growth of Indian cinema. The NFDC (and its predecessor the Film Finance Corporation) has so far funded / produced over 300 films. Job Responsibilities:
The role will primarily focus on:
Revenue generation - incl. Sponsorships, Brand integrations, etc.
Strategic partnerships
Institutional collaborations
Industry outreach
Delegate and ecosystem expansion
Business networking and market development
across NFDC’s festivals, markets, museum initiatives, film properties, and institutional verticals.
The candidate will be expected to actively drive commercial opportunities, industry participation, and strategic alliances while strengthening NFDC’s positioning within India and international markets.
