Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase engagement across RS Wealth Management’s products and services.



Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, meeting prospective and existing clients, and building long-term relationships with key accounts. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with research and advisory teams to create targeted pitches, conduct market analysis, and prepare presentations and reports. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing promotional activities, supervising marketing materials, and ensuring all communication aligns with regulatory and brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales planning, business development, client relationship management, and account management.
Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, brand positioning, and market research within financial services.
