Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query
Build effective data models and maintain version control with proper documentation
Troubleshoot and maintain existing reports/dashboards, ensuring timely data refresh
SQL & Data Handling
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with IT/data engineering teams on data availability and access
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions with the Analytics Lead and functional teams
Deliver assigned tasks on schedule within project timelines
Maintain standardized documentation, visual design guidelines, and reusable templates
Qualifications
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins,
subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)
Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and data modelling principles
Strong understanding of data visualization concepts
Valuable understanding of relational databases, data cleaning, and transformation techniques
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Language skills in English required.
Nice To Have
Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
Power BI certifications are a plus.
Hands on experience of creating Power Automate workflows would be a plus.
