Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, and display to drive measurable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing PPC campaigns,



tracking key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting, creative, and landing pages for improved conversion rates. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and performance goals, as well as preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. The Performance Marketer will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify current opportunities for scalable growth. Qualifications-:
