We’re Hiring: Legal Associate

We are looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in legal drafting, advisory work, and dispute resolution, with strong client-handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, notices, replies, and settlement drafts
Provide legal advisory support on civil, commercial, and financial dispute matters
Handle dispute settlement negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
Counsel clients on legal strategy, settlement options, and risk mitigation
Assist in case analysis, documentation, and coordination with senior advocates
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
LL.B. from a recognized university
0–6 Months of relevant experience in legal drafting and advisory roles
Strong expertise in dispute settlement and negotiation
Excellent client counselling and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently
Prior exposure to financial services, loan settlements, or recovery-related matters will be an added advantage
