The Windows Fundamentals team advances the product foundations that enable Windows experiences to meet a consistently high bar, using customer insight, technical depth, data, and scalable engineering systems.
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager at the India Development Center to shape strategy and lead high-impact Fundamentals initiatives spanning multiple products, teams, and planning horizons. This is a senior individual contributor role for a product leader who can navigate deeply technical and ambiguous spaces, identify the most important opportunities, and mobilize broad organizations around explicit customer outcomes. You will influence senior leaders and engineering partners, establish durable product and measurement frameworks, and drive investments that improve Windows experiences at ecosystem scale.

Strategic leadership: Define multi-year vision, strategy, and investment priorities for broad Fundamentals opportunities, connecting customer needs, competitive context, product direction, and engineering capabilities.
Portfolio impact: Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities across products and teams, balancing immediate customer outcomes with durable platform and engineering investments.
Product frameworks: Establish shared success metrics, principles, guardrails, and decision frameworks that enable teams to improve product Fundamentals consistently and at scale.
