Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Nova IVF Fertility is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations,



including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The role also involves partnering with clinic leadership to address workforce planning, resolving employee concerns, supporting training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to standardize best practices and support organizational growth.
