Role Description

The Manager – Chairman’s Office & Strategic Initiatives is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role supports the Chairman and senior leadership by driving key strategic initiatives,



preparing analytical and briefing materials, and coordinating high-priority projects across technology and clean-energy verticals. The manager will synthesize business and operational data into clear insights, track progress on strategic roadmaps, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action items from leadership meetings. Daily responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, preparing presentations and reports, supporting partner and investor interactions, and maintaining structured documentation for executive decision-making. The role requires strong ownership, a high level of discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
