Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to help build and grow a portfolio of consumer brands across our markets.
This is a hands-on, execution-led role spanning brand campaigns, digital and social, creators, e-commerce and retail activation.
You will translate brand and commercial priorities into market-level action — working closely with internal teams and external partners to build consumer demand, strengthen brand presence and drive sell-through.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Growth & Campaign Execution
Execute marketing and growth plans across assigned brands.




Build campaign and activation calendars around launches, seasonal moments and commercial priorities.
Translate regional/global brand strategies into locally relevant campaigns and initiatives.
Execute across social, digital, creators, marketplaces, partnerships and retail.
Develop clear briefs and coordinate creative assets, agencies, creators and other partners.
Support new brand and product launches from planning through market execution.

Channel & Consumer Activation

Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement across e-commerce and retail channels.
Support marketplace campaigns, merchandising, product content and promotional events.
Execute influencer, creator, affiliate and community initiatives.
Coordinate retail activations, sampling, POSM, merchandising and other trade marketing initiatives.
Work closely with Commercial Operations and market teams to improve traffic, conversion and sell-through.
