Role Description The Operations Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves coordinating daily freight forwarding activities, including shipment planning, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The Operations Team Member will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to manage logistics processes, resolve operational issues, and support service quality.



Responsibilities include maintaining records, monitoring service performance, assisting with project-related tasks, and supporting sales and account teams with operational inputs. The role requires adherence to company procedures, continuous process improvement, and proactive communication to support smooth day-to-day operations.
