Project Manager – Interior Execution
Experience - 5yr +
Education : B. Tech Civil / B. Arch / B. Design
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor multiple interior project sites.
* Handle and guide Site Supervisors/Engineers.
* Plan site activities as per BOQ, drawings, and project timelines.
* Ensure projects are completed on time with required quality.
* Take daily updates on manpower, progress, materials, and technical issues.
* Resolve site issues quickly and take timely execution decisions.
* Coordinate with clients for execution-related requirements and issues.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution.
* Ensure proper team bonding and coordination among Site Supervisors and vendors.
* Monitor quality and minimize rework and delays.
* Identify potential site problems proactively and provide smart solutions.
* Track progress of all sites and follow up on pending activities.
* Prepare and share regular site/project updates with management.
* Escalate critical issues with a solution/action plan.
* Ensure proper coordination between Design, Execution, Vendors, Clients, and Management.
