Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for driving sales of residential projects, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective buyers, presenting project features, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the marketing, design,



and project management teams to ensure accurate, timely information reaches clients. The Senior Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and contribute to sales strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion. The role also involves mentoring junior sales team members and representing Ajit Construction at site visits, events, and client meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in real estate or construction, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with the ability to manage complex, high-value transactions.
