Role Description The Site Administration role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing day-to-day administrative operations at the project site, including maintaining records, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams and the office. Responsibilities include handling customer queries related to the site,



preparing reports and documentation, supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and assisting with scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation. The Site Administrator will also help organize training or briefings for site staff, support project monitoring activities, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and customers.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide updates, and support a positive experience for buyers and visitors.
Research skills to gather and organize site-related data, documentation, and project information.
