Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai Head Office and Factory at Khopoli (Khalapur) for a NOW ERP Professional. The role involves managing and supporting the NOW ERP system across various business functions, including production, inventory, sales, procurement, and finance. The professional will handle day-to-day ERP operations such as user support, data validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues. Responsibilities include configuring modules,



maintaining master data, creating and optimizing reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements, and implementing system enhancements. The individual will also assist in training users, documenting workflows, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NOW ERP of Datatex Limited , including module configuration and workflow management.
• Should be familiar with IBM DB2 (Backend) for Linux and Java.Net (Front End), Windows GUI
• Ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into system solutions, and optimize ERP usage for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and basic troubleshooting of system issues, with attention to accuracy and detail.
