About the Role: We’re looking for a creative hustler who lives for culture, community, and meaningful conversations. As our Marketing & Community Associate, you’ll be the pulse of our space, curating real-world experiences and building digital narratives that make people feel something.

What You’ll Do
Build and engage a thriving resident community, on-ground events and everyday interactions.
Ideate and execute cultural, musical, and lifestyle experiences that bring our brand to life.
Collaborations (Cafe, Brand).
Shoot content for Tribe (Just shooting Raw Pictures and Videos).




Collaborate with artists, creators, and partners for content, collabs, and campaigns.
Collect feedback and insights to constantly evolve the vibe and voice of the community.
Be the link between our team, our residents, and the larger Tribe.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in community building, social media, event management, or marketing.
Someone who gets Gen Z and Millennial culture, memes, music, mood-boards and more.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and good with people, online and offline.
Bonus if you’ve worked with creators, managed events, or run social accounts before.
