Property Sourcing Executive

Locations:
Andheri East | Goregaon East | Dadar West | Thane West | Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients and property owners.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
Conduct client meetings and property visits.
Build and maintain robust client and owner relationships.
Assist in negotiations and support deal closures.
Maintain accurate client and property records.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions.

Eligibility:
Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
Prior sales experience preferred, real estate experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Mumbai for meetings and property visits.
Two-wheeler + valid driving licence is mandatory.
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome.
