About Nouria
Nouria is a premium women’s fashion brand creating timeless, sophisticated and contemporary designs for the modern woman. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our growing creative team and contribute to the development of our upcoming collections.
The Role
As a Fashion Designer at Nouria, you will be involved in the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation to developing collections, creating design details and working closely with the production team to bring designs to life.
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of fashion, silhouettes, fabrics, detailing and premium aesthetics, who can translate ideas into commercially strong products while staying true to
Nouria’s design language.
What You’ll Do
Research fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, colours and global design directions.
Develop concepts and mood boards for upcoming collections.
Design new styles in line with Nouria’s brand aesthetic and customer profile.
Create detailed technical sketches / fashion illustrations and design sheets.
Work on fabric, trims, colour and embellishment selection.
Develop and maintain collection concepts from initial idea to final product.
Prepare detailed tech packs, measurement specifications and construction details.
Work closely with pattern masters, sampling teams and manufacturers.
Review samples and provide detailed feedback on fit, construction, finishing and design.
Conduct fittings and make necessary changes before production.
Ensure consistency in quality, fit and design across collections.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing and merchandising teams for collection launches.
Help develop commercially viable products while maintaining Nouria’s premium positioning.
Maintain an organised archive of designs, samples, fabrics and collection references.
