About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager – Controllership to join our growing Finance team. The role will be responsible for driving accounting, month-end closure, financial reporting,



controllership processes and compliance, while partnering closely with business teams to ensure strong financial discipline and visibility.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, getting into the details and solving problems in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with business, marketing and operations teams, understand the financial impact of business decisions and contribute to building scalable finance processes as Rapido continues to grow.

What You'll Do

Manage key areas of accounting and controllership, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely closure.
Drive month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, provisions, accruals, reconciliations and other closing activities.
Prepare and analyse MIS, financial reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to provide clear visibility into business performance.
