Role Description The Training Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for store and corporate employees. This role includes conducting needs assessments, creating training content and materials,



and delivering engaging training sessions in classroom and on-the-floor settings. The Training Manager will coordinate training schedules, track participation and performance, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators. The role involves collaborating closely with HR, store operations, and leadership to align training initiatives with business goals, support new store openings, and ensure consistent service and product knowledge standards across locations. The Training Manager is also expected to maintain training documentation, manage learning resources, and continuously refine programs based on industry best practices and organizational priorities.
